Ethereum mainnet · eth_getTransactionReceipt

Inspect a transaction receipt

0.005 USDC per paid request. Payments settle on Base mainnet; queried data comes from Ethereum.

Preview the price

First install the client. Replace the placeholder with the address or transaction you want to inspect.

npx --no-install block402-agent demo receipt quote --tx YOUR_ETHEREUM_TX_HASH

The output contains the original request ID and paymentAttempted: false. No wallet key is needed for this step.

Approve, pay and read

Only after the wallet owner approves the purchase or budget and configures a dedicated mainnet buyer wallet:

npx --no-install block402-agent demo receipt pay --tx YOUR_ETHEREUM_TX_HASH \
  --request-id REQUEST_ID --allow-pay --budget 0.05

A null result means the receipt is unavailable or not yet mined. Status 0x1 means execution succeeded; 0x0 means execution failed. A receipt alone does not establish finality. Use additional block reads if your task needs confirmation or finalized status.

Recover without another payment

npx --no-install block402-agent demo receipt recover --tx YOUR_ETHEREUM_TX_HASH \
  --request-id REQUEST_ID

Repeat the same address or transaction input and the original request ID. Do not authorize another payment after uncertainty. Valid null and empty results are billable.
